A Lesson in Luxury is the Modular Home Builders Association’s June Modular Home of the Month Winner

GREENWICH, CONN. – The Modular Home Builders Association’s (MHBA) June 2017 Modular Home of the Month is a lesson in luxury for modular home construction.

Westchester Modular Homes, Inc. partnered with one of the manufacturer’s longest partnered builders, Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County to create a custom home in Old Greenwich, Connecticut.

This two-story, luxurious home has 5 bedrooms, 6-and-a-half bathrooms in 3,900 square feet. Natural light fills the space of this open-air home at every turn with pristine dark hardwood floors throughout the home. Guests are welcomed into a large and comfortable kitchen with neutral marble countertops that are the perfect backdrop for the white and gray backsplash. The master bathroom is a work of art with gray marble walls that offset perfectly against a white and gray tile floor. The bathroom’s open-air shower and sunken bathtub placed in front of a picturesque view coming together to create a spa-like experience.

The Modular Home of the Month showcase is an opportunity for MHBA member companies to display their projects to architects, engineers, contractors, developers, owners, students, and more. MHBA selects one home each month to be featured on social media and our website.
