From initial floor plans to meticulous finish work, Signature Building Systems collaborated with the homeowners to bring their vision to reality, resulting in a fully custom abode designed to meet their every need.
With its board and batten siding, gable roof, and bold black windows, this modular build is an especially charming representation of a modern farmhouse. The exterior is adorned with matte black lighting fixtures and a cool grey front door. Its thick white trim, including a belly band extending across the gables, stylishly contrasts the minimalistic Ply Gem MIRA windows.
The ranch’s interior is warm and welcoming, cohesively decorated in a neutral color palette that complements the customizations produced in our Moosic factory. Upon entering, the gaze is immediately drawn to the vaulted ceiling, which further expands the spacious open floor plan encompassing the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a canopy range hood elegantly mounted upon the arabesque tile backsplash. Simple matte black drawer pulls stand out against the white shaker cabinets, complementing the curvilinear pendants that hang above the eat-in island. A sliding door provides abundant natural light to the great room, while encouraging guests to experience the spacious backyard.
A large fireplace serves as the focal point of the great room, with a black mantel shelf contrasting the grayscale stone chimney breast that spans from floor to ceiling. A modern wrought iron chandelier flows gracefully from the center of the room, its LED candelabra bulbs providing an eco-friendly warm glow.
Within its 1,628 square feet, the home contains three sizable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, optimizing space to comfortably accommodate the family. The ensuite master bath was tastefully decorated with a designer’s eye, adorned with a long double sink vanity, dark hardware and fixtures, and intricately painted tile cascading down the wall of the walk-in spa shower.
Signature touches are found throughout the prefabricated NEPA home, including tray ceilings in the master bedroom, as well as 8.5' ceilings in the other bedrooms. The ranch was constructed to accommodate a finished basement in the future, doubling the square footage as it provides additional storage space. A two-car panelized garage offers a secondary entrance via a spacious mudroom with custom built-ins finished onsite.
